Additional mandatory student fees include:

  • Non-Refundable Administration Fee – €300
  • Registration fees (Includes Learner Protection policy fees, HEI Partner progression fees and administration fees) – 1,200 euros.
  • Examination fees – 300 euros.
  • Fees for programme books, online resources, and online study platforms – 200 euros.
  • Medical insurance fees – 150 euros unless you can show an equivalent medical insurance policy in English.
  • Administration fees relevant to college procedures such as admission appeals, assessment reviews/rechecks, rebooking fees etc. – 50 euros each. These fees are only paid while studying at the College.

Optional additional fees include fees for support services to include:

  • Airport transfers.
  • Accommodation arrangements.
  • Guardian nominee services for students who will need this service if they are aged 17 years or younger on the enrolment date – 595 euros for the first month and a monthly fee of 145 euros for each subsequent month until you turn 18. Fees are payable directly to our guardian nominee provider, Godsil Education. See here for the full range of services available to you and all services will be agreed upon with Godsil directly, not with UniHaven College.

Should there be any change in fees from those stated, students will be informed in advance as a matter of urgency.

Holidays

Students are normally not permitted to take holidays during the College semester. Further information is available here. Timetables, semester dates and approved holiday breaks will be provided at induction and are subject to change.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided but only in specific circumstances. See full information about when refunds will and will not be accommodated here and in the Student Handbook.

Payments

Payments for UniHaven programmes can be paid using our preferred payments platform called GlobalPay for Students.

Payments in euros will be collected as outlined below*.

 

Payment 1 - due at application stage

€10,440 - first semester tuition fees plus additional mandatory fees (this includes the minimum tuition fee payment of €6000.00 euros needed for Irish study visa applications).

Payment 2 - due 30 days before the start of Semester 2

€7,500 – second semester tuition fees.

 

* Full Annual Tuition Fees and Additional Mandatory Fees may be required prior to Irish visa application on a case-by-case basis.

Make a payment 

How It Works

  • Click on GlobalPay for Students payment platform
  • Select the country you are paying in
  • Select the type of fees you are paying
  • Select the payment options and enter the amount you are paying
  • Enter your student ID (name and address and some information about who is making the payment)
  • After this step you will be directed to complete your payment via your chosen payment method
  • Western Union will send you a confirmation email once the payment is settled
