London Road

Located just 4 minutes from the Sir James Matthew Building, London Road offers stylish student living in central Southampton, in the wonderful setting of East Park.

Lucia Foster Welch

Lucia Foster Welch underwent a £4 million redevelopment in 2021 to modernise and improve the facilities on offer to all students! It is a fantastic, affordable option in Southampton which is within walking distance to ONCAMPUS Southampton, town centre and train station. There are different options to meet all accommodation budgets from flats of 6, 8, 10 students.

Each flat has 2 toilet rooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 shower/toilet combi room. There is also a large kitchen with lockable cupboards and a 43in TV screen. Around the property there is an entertainment room, common area, study room and outside social space to enjoy. Complimentary cleaning is included for the toilets, showers and kitchens, staff will clean every other working day Monday to Friday. They will also empty the kitchen bin. 

You can travel from the accommodation to the ONCAMPUS Southampton Centre quickly either via a 25 minute walk (through 2 beautiful parks!), 20 minute free bus, 9 minute rental e-scooter (up to £2.50) or a 6 minute taxi (£5 - 6).
