The City of Hull

Hull is a bustling city in Yorkshire, a stones throw away from some of the UK's most picturesque countryside and expansive coastline. The city has been totally revamped in recent years, offering something for everyone from busy art galleries, bars and restaurants to lively music venues.


As a former UK City of Culture, Hull enjoys annual film, comedy, music and science festivals and is bustling with restaurants, bars and entertainment for you to enjoy.

    The Marina and Humber Street are host to Humber Street Sesh, Hull's biggest local festival where you can see 200 liver performances every summer.

    Take a walk through the Animal Education Centre to see Peacocks, Wallabies, Ostriches, Emus and Ponies. The Deep is one of the UK's biggest and most spectacular aquariums. You can see over three thousand fish and learn about the world's oceans.

    Go boating on East Park lake or hire a rowing boat or canoe for the River Hull. Hull also boasts several well-known sports teams such as Hull City football club and Hull FC rugby club that both play out of the MKM Stadium near Hull city centre.
