Report a Concern

Do you have some concerns about you or another person and would like some support?

A wide range of support is available for OnCampus students.  

If you have any concerns or would like to report an issue, your voice matters, and we’re here to help. This includes any incidents of sexual misconduct or harassment.  

You can tell us about concerns relating to:

• Mental Health, including risk to self

• Safeguarding

• Sexual or Domestic Abuse

• Physical Health 

If you have been harassed, sexually assaulted or are supporting someone who has been, it can be difficult to know where to turn to for support. No matter what has happened, it is not your fault and what you do next is your choice.  

You can access support from the OnCampus team regardless of whether the experience has happened whilst studying with OnCampus or before joining.  

Your centre Student Support team does not provide therapy or counselling but will help you to access this from local services if needed. 

You may choose to tell someone in person. This could be a member of your OnCampus centre Student Support team.  

You may prefer to report the issue on our ‘Report a Concern’ form.  This form can be completed by anyone including students, family, friends, and staff.  

Reporting with Contact Details means that we can offer you direct support and updates on the incident/concern you report. Where appropriate, we can take formal action.

Reporting Anonymously  

If you report a concern anonymously, please note that this can limit the actions we are able to take. Without your name, we cannot offer you direct support or any updates on the incident or concern. Reporting anonymously will let us know something has happened and this helps us to see any trends or patterns, and consider support and any actions we might take.  

Your completed form will be logged to our central Student Services team who will review the concern and decide on the best course of action based on the information provided.  

If you are reporting a concern on behalf of another person, we will acknowledge receipt but due to confidentiality will not be able to share any further details following on from the initial concern.

The details of the concern or the person raising the concern will not be shared with the individual unless agreed.
