Undergraduate Foundation Programme Entry Requirements
English requirements:
From 4.0 IELTS or equivalent, 3 semesters extended programme which includes an English language module (ELPP) followed by 2 semesters of UFP.
From 4.5 IELTS or equivalent, with no single element less than 4.0, for 3-term UFP.*
Age requirements: OnCampus UK North can accept students on the UFP who turn 17 within one calendar month of the start of term date.
*Extended programmes are available if you do not yet have the required English language level. This programme lasts 4 terms and includes an English language module (ELM) followed by the 3 terms of Foundation required to apply for entry to the first year of your undergraduate degree.
Medicine Undergraduate Foundation Programme Entry Requirements
English requirements: 6.0 IELTS in every element* for 3-terms (5.5 IELTS for Extended).
Age requirements: Students applying for the MUFP must be 17 on the start date of the course and be 18 by the start of the progression course at the University.
Students are required to achieve 7.0 IELTS equivalent and 70% overall in each academic module, multiple mini interview and volunteer or work experience placement for progression to MBBS at UCLan.
Students are required to achieve 6.5 IELTS equivalent and 70% overall in academic modules, complete an online application, personal statement, provide a reference and be successful at interview for progression to Medicine at RCSI.
Students are required to achieve 7.0 IELTS equivalent and 75% overall in academic modules, complete an online application, personal statement, provide two references and be successful at interview for progression to Medicine or Veterinary Medicine at SGU.
Students are required to achieve 6.5 IELTS equivalent and 65% overall in academic modules, complete an online application, personal statement, provide two references and be successful at interview for progression to Medicine at UNIC.
