A subject-specific route within the programme, indicating the candidate’s area of academic focus and associated modules. |

The approved OnCampus study location where the programme was delivered and the candidate undertook their academic studies. |
| Student Name |
The full name of the candidate, as shown on their passport, to whom the award has been made. They, and only they, are the legitimate bearer of this transcript |
| Student ID Number |
The unique student number which will identify the student on CEG systems |
| Date of Birth |
The candidate’s date of birth as shown on their passport |
