Life on Campus
Loughborough University enjoys two campuses, one in Loughborough, in the heart of the East Midlands, and the other, for postgraduate study only, on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London.
This superb campus is based in the heart of England with world-class facilities and plenty of green open space, it has everything students, staff, and visitors need on site offering a true campus experience.
With plenty of open spaces and gardens, including edible fruit trails and fantastic sport facilities, the campus is home to shops, cafes, eateries, bars, dining halls, hotels, two gyms, a medical centre and pharmacy, an optician, a dental practice, a hairdresser, launderettes, a taxi rank, and a large nightclub. There's something for everyone and it's all conveniently located on campus.

Sport at Loughborough
There is no question that Loughborough offers world-class sporting facilities in fact it is home to the largest concentration of world-class facilities across a wide range of sports. From an indoor athletics centre, outdoor stadium, 50-metre swimming pool and state-of-the-art gyms to all-weather pitches, squash, badminton, and netball courts, they have amazing on-campus facilities for a wide range of sports. As a Loughborough student you can access everything from high performance training venues to free recreational areas.
STEMLab is a £17m learning environment, dedicated to science and engineering students, that is home to state-of-the-art facilities including 3,500m2 of advanced laboratories, workshops and teaching spaces. These enhanced facilities have been designed to benefit current students, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary working, and enabling the University to expand their teaching provision in STEM subjects, broadening the vital role we play in supplying skilled graduates to industry in the future. The University Library is the largest open access study space on campus. It's open to all staff and students at the University and is home to:

London Campus (postgraduate only)
Loughborough University London, is the postgraduate campus, based inside Here East on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is part of a community of organisations, creatives and educational providers that offers a stimulating environment for students to challenge ideas and collaborate with a wide range of inspiring industry partners.
