Aston University Alumni Stories | Ethan Wong

My name is Ethan Wong.

I found Aston University from The Financial Times, where the ranking for International Business and Master's Degree was quite high.

The reason I chose Interntaional Business is because previously I was a project engineer. So actually I lack of business knowledge. 

I plan to start my own business as well during that time. And I feel that I needed some more exposure and also more knowledge and understanding about how actually business works.

Currently I'm actually running a Digital Marketing Agency in Malaysia. More focus on SEO or Web Design. And we also do some affiliate marketing.

I would recommend Aston University to international students from my experience. Aston University have some really great, friendly staff and lecturers and student wise also friendly and helpful.

I joined Malaysian Society. There's quite a lot of people there that actually help you like guide you with revising or even like for study-wise.

There's a department where you can apply for jobs or to help you on your CV or resume.

Aston also helped me to get my study placement to study in their partner business school where I get another new exposure as well.

Aston actually highly promote about entrepreneurship. They also have a lot of Career Day's.

If you're thinking of entrepreneurship, Aston University if definitely the one.
