The University of Amsterdam (UvA) is named top Dutch university in QS World University Rankings

Tue 10 Sep 2013

For the fourth consecutive year, UvA is the highest ranked Dutch university in the QS World University Rankings. Previously ranked 62nd, the UvA has moved up four places and is now ranked 58th worldwide.

QS also publish Faculty Area Rankings which rank by academic discipline – the University has again been listed in the global top 50 for Social Sciences and Management. This category includes the Faculty of Economics and Business.

In 2012, Cambridge Education Group opened a FoundationCampus centre at the UvA Faculty of Economics and Business for international students who do not meet the direct entry requirements of the University.

The Undergraduate Foundation Programme and Master’s Foundation Programmes prepare students for undergraduate and postgraduate study at this World-leading university.

100% of students who joined Amsterdam FoundationCampus in 2012 will successfully progress to the UvA Faculty of Economics and Business this September.
