Annual Partner Satisfaction Survey 2013

We understand the high level of service and experience that our students require and demand at our schools, colleges and centres.  We recognise that the partners we work with around world also demand that same high level of service from the first enquiry and application, through payment of fees, to the reports and updates that our colleges and centres provide on their students. 

Each year we look to evaluate how our partners feel we are performing in a number of our key areas, and since our last survey, we have taken on board the feedback and been working hard to provide a better experience for all.

This year we had replies from 86 different countries from partners selling right across the Cambridge Education Group portfolio, including our new centres in Amsterdam and Boston, giving us a really good cross-section of opinion.  We asked the question "Are we getting better?", and the resounding answer was "YES!".  Here are some of the headline statistics:
